Originally from England, Founder & Photographer Kate Sanders has been immersed in the photographic industry since age 14, gaining numerous qualifications, and working across the globe from the UK to Europe, to Asia, and then settling down with her own family here in Australia. Now a world-class photographer, mother of two, and the Director of Verge Studio, Kate is captivated by each individual’s unique journey, and is driven by her passion to help inspire, give confidence and to see the best of ourselves through creative photography!
Kate has over 20 years’ experience in the photographic industry, but it was overcoming her battle with Stage 3 Lymphoma that helped her realise what is most important in life and how much she truly wants to help women to gain their confidence through the experience of a photo shoot, where she will capture their natural beauty while they have fun being authentically themselves.
She is now honoured to be one of the most highly regarded Photographers in Perth, and over the years, has developed her own unique brand of Boudoir Photography.
Verge Studio adds a whole new level to “photography”! We form a vibrant & dynamic team, where every day is energetic & exciting, creativity is limitless…and nothing is ever considered ‘Ordinary’!
Since Verge Studio’s official launch in 2009, we have expanded our team!
In addition to our bubbly, enthusiastic & encouraging personalities, each member of the Verge team has had first-hand experience in front of the camera, during their very own Verge Photo Shoot. This is how everyone in the Verge family is able to make your experience as comfortable & as easy as possible; Achieving the most incredible imagery for YOU!

The Photography Studios which you can book as required, have been specially designed to accommodate a wide range of Photographic styles.
The studios give our clients a spacious, relaxed & private experience creating an atmosphere that makes your Photo Session a delight!
